Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and YBKM Tech Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 24AAEFY0674Q1ZL) with its registered office at C-4-152, 15th Floor, Orchid Harmony, S P Ring Road, near Applewood Township, Shela, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India.

They apply to this website and to the Platrr mobile app. By using either, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Accounts

Some features need an account. You agree to give accurate information when you register, to keep your login details to yourself, and to tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least [confirm: minimum age, and keep it identical to the age stated in the Platrr privacy policy] years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

When using Platrr, you agree not to:

• Post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene or deliberately misleading.
• Post reviews or recommendations you were paid to write, or that describe a visit that did not happen.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to a cafe.
• Harass other users or post someone else's personal information.
• Upload photographs you do not have the right to share.
• Scrape, copy or systematically extract data from the service.
• Interfere with the service, or attempt to gain access to parts of it you are not authorised to use.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, notes, photographs and other content you post. By posting it, you give us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to store, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You can end this licence for any piece of content by deleting it.

You confirm that you have the rights to whatever you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Our content

The Platrr name, the YBKM Tech Ventures name, our logos, the app, this website and their design and software are owned by YBKM Tech Ventures LLP and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Cafe listings and recommendations

Information about cafes, including addresses, timings and menus, comes from a mix of our own research, cafe owners and users of the app. It can be out of date or wrong. Recommendations are the personal opinions of the people who wrote them and are not endorsements by us. Check details with the cafe before relying on them.

Paid features

Platrr is free to use. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you are charged, and purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google's own terms and refund policy. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may stop offering the service altogether, giving reasonable notice where we can.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data or profit, or for anything arising from your reliance on cafe information or user recommendations, or from your visit to any cafe.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account, as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
